The beer pours a dark amber/brown color with a thick frothy offwhite head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is great. It has an awesome crystal malt scent along with bananas and cloves. It's fruity and quite refreshing despite the inclusion of crystal malts. The taste is good. It has a smooth wheat and crystal malt flavor. It's sweet and fruity with loads of banana and clove. It goes down easy and finishes dry with some residual sweetness. The mouthfeel is good. It is a medium/full bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a damn tastey brew. I love the concept. A wit with a dunkel feel. This is my second favorite. The IPA is just too good.
