Gravity halfpint at the Euston Tap.
A: Clear gold body with a thin, dense white head. Nice and clumpy, with good lace.
S: Herbal, slightly musty hops dominate - a bit of wet dog, sadly. Some green fruitiness as well - tart apple. Ok, but not great at all.
T: Much better, with the hops delivering solid citrus and herbal flavors on top of some delicate biscuity malt. Fresh, cleanly bitter finish. Crisp and refreshing.
M: Light, smooth, moderately carbonated. Perfect for what it is.
O: The aroma certainly left something to be desired, but overall this was a very good little session Pale.
