Had it from tap poured into a chilled chalice. Reddish brown with good head and lacing.
A bit of a boring beer. Malty and slightly sweet. It did taste good with the burger I had. Good but forgettable.

A: Pours a dark amber/red color. A one finger white head forms but fizzles out in a second. No lace left behind.
S: Sweet malts, some hoppy bitterness. A bit of a metallic twang, other than that pretty nondescript and almost characterless.
T: Like the nose sweet malts, some hoppy bitterness. Again everything is really nondescript. About as middle of the road as you can get.
M/O: A lighter body than I would like, along with moderate carbonation. Inoffensive is about the only way to put this, and in that regard not hard to drink. Just not something I care to come back to.
Hard to get more average than this. Almost bland, and certainly inoffensive. Just kind of filler, but nothing I would particularly recommend.
