Some of you might think this looks familiar, and you wouldn’t be wrong. What started as an Italian Style Pilsner, Otto was tweaked and tuned to a super-charged American style Hoppy Lager. We hope y’all enjoy this crisp, clean, hoppy brew as much as we do!

I had this beer on-tap in a chalice at the brewery in Houston.

Appearance:  medium golden hue with a dash of haze and a head of frothy white foam with good retention.

Smell:  herbal and earthy hop aroma with a little bit of grapefruity citrus character. It almost seems kinda dry - I dig it.

Taste:  very much like the aroma. The herbal character of the hops brings a dryness, and the juicier character a little sweetness. It’s a well balanced beer.

Mouthfeel:  medium light body with a good carbonation and a decent creaminess.

Overall:  tasty, a bit different, and super quaffably light. Capital!

Dark gold, fluffy white head, good retention. Mostly clear.
Smells malty, Pilsner, lemon, honey, a little sulphur (mineral water).
Tastes very slightly sweet at first, there’s some citrus, mostly lemon, a good bite from the hops. I’d guess some sort of German or Czech hops are used. Floral, earthy, and grassy. Guesstimate, 29 IBU.
The mouthfeel is dry, slightly medium. You know it’s not a light beer but it still finishes dry and crisp. Comparable to Bitburger.
Not to be neurotic, but my can says the ABV is 4.7.
