Stumbled upon this brewery on the way down to Strong Brewing in Sedwick area. Actually located attached to Arborvine Fine Dining. I came in at a bad time (I think they were technically closed, but the restaurant was open, and they let me sneak in and taste the two beers they had left on tap). Anyway, poured into a tasting glass.
A - pretty dark, almost as dark as the porter (which was the other beer they had available). Light tan head stays.
S - nice and nutty, some almonds, toast.
T - lots of the same, good nutty flavours one would expect from a brown.
M - good level of carbonation, not creamy.
O - this was the better of the two beers I tried here, it was a good, well-balanced brown with a bit of a higher abv that was not noticeable. I would like to come back here when they are actually open in the summer to try some of their other beers and sit on the patio. Blue Hill is a beautiful little Maine seaside village.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
