This was the very first beer ever produced by DeepWater. Lightly amber in color with a nice smooth flavor from large additions of Vienna Malt. Medium bitterness from Crystal and Cascade hops.

Dark amber color. Clear. Foamy head with lasting power. Lots of micro bubbles on the glass.
Mild aroma of toast.
Some roasted malt flavor up front. Low level of sweetness. Neutral to thin body with a high level of effervescence. The bittering hop is constant but not overwhelming. Relatively short aftertaste.
