This is a beer with the IPA character but instead of the U.S. hops we often use, we threw in large rations of the European hop varieties Bobek, Fuggles, and Tettnang which has resulted in a nice beer with herbal and spicy notes. At the end of the boil, we have added a little NZ Cascade to balance up with a fine citric note. IBU 46.
