Gravity pour from a Firkin at ’The Lighthouse Picture Place’ in Wolverhampton during their showing of ’Roll Out The Barrel’. This was one of three Morton Brewery beers available on the day.
As its name suggests: this is a golden/light amber coloured brew, the head didn't really show from the pour my pint got!
Floral hop aroma and taste: single hopped with Sovereign and some dry hops in the cask after brewing gives it those characteristics. I am not usually a fan of 'single hopped' beers but this one seemed fine to me.
The 4.4% ABV sat nicely within the body of what was a refreshing if slightly one dimensional brew.
