Tasted in The Restaurant Beer Factory Santa Fe, México City
[eyes] A little darky color [ for this style] looks clean, brillant, and good carbonation. The head is white but poor.
[Nouse] Kindly cereal aroma, and hop!
[Mouth] The bitter flavor is light medium for this Pilsner, Good election in this kind of Mexican Beer.

Got this one as a gift pack from a long lost class friend.
Long neck dark bottle, with a simple label that give no information about the name, which in Spanish means Colonel. A best before date of mid April.
Pours a clear light gold, with a small white head that leaves no lacing behind it.
Smell is also light, although you can pick up some sweet maltiness.
Taste is well balanced between the malts and hops, a bit prone to the latter, though.
Mouthfeel is a bit dry, with a citrusy bitter finish. Body is light to medium.
I feel that this one isn't exactly a German style Pilsener, but an adaptation for our climate, so I rank it's drinkability as high.
¡Salud!

Coronel pours a nice golden honey color, nice head and nice lacing; Smell is malty and maybe hops aroma; Taste is malty and some caramel nothing special for pilsener style; Mouthfeel is a little bit bitter and dry, Thick body; Very refreshing and Drinkability is good.

Very dark from y point of view, but still a Pilsener, no doubt, very hopy, I like that, but although it seems to be strong, it wont get you drunk, but of course, it is a craft beer, I won't drink it like a drunk guy, but Its soft at the end. You can enjoy.

Minimal off whitehead, with no lacing left behind. Pours a clear, pale gold.
Aroma is tame, a bit of corn and light maltiness, very little in the nose on this one.
Flavor is composed of moderately sweet malts with a bit of hop bitterness. Finishes too sweet should be a bit drier.
Undercarbonated, needs a lot more carbonation for the style. Light bodied.
