Another beer I had on my recent trip to beer factory.
It came with a 1 inch head that didn't last long. Had a copper-brown color which was attractive.
Smelled like floral scents, sweet malts and caramel. Great smell.
Man I liked this one!! Notable initial sweetness coming from a lot of different malts used here. Has a spice of sorts in the taste, which remains gentle. Ends with good bitterness; the type and amount of hops are just perfect. Malt-hop balance is perfect as well.
It has a medium-light body that I wasn't expecting, but keeps the beer on the friendly side.
It goes down easily. Along with some food, you could just order more and more and more. Without food, you could have a few and still enjoy.
Nice brew this one....I'll definitely drink more of these. I highly recommend this one if you're going to beer factory

I have tried this one on-tap and also on bottle.
This one is a very good english pale ale, adapted to Mexican tastes and very impressive.
It pours a nice redissh-copper color with a fair head.
Smeel is very malty and spicy.
It is very drinkable i could drink tons of this beer.
This one is my personal favorite from Beer Factory.

Coyote pours a nice amber color with a decent head and small lacing; Smell is floral and malty; Taste is specially malty; Mouthfeel is bitter; Drinkability is very good.
I liked Coyote very much; I think is better on tap.
Good one English Pale Ale style.
¡Salud!

Spicy, very drinfull, but once again, my type are other. However, I like it when I drink it, it is good to have a hoppy beer sometimes and with great aroma. Hops are very influent in this beer, but there is something spicy, cannot tell exactly what it is.

Pours a clear, briliiant copper. Huge two fingered head that leaves a great amount of lace clinging to the sides.
Aroma has prunes and figs, bit of chocolate, nice floral hops and tons of sweet malts.
Flavor is again sweet malts with a dry finish. Bit of citrus hop bite although i thinkit needs a bit more hops to match the malts.
The carbonation level is fine but the body is a little thin for the style.
