Poured from a wax-topped bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Dark copper brown pour with thin fizzy white head. Nice ring of lacing.
S: Tart and fruity. Vinegar and funk.
T.F: Just like it smells. Apple cider vinegar... tart and funky. Stone fruit, raspberry, baking cherry, green apple, lemon rind, and oak. Not overly sour... still quite drinkable. Medium bodied and sticky on the tongue. More fruit and funk at the finish.
O: A pretty awesome sour. Great flavor and drinkability. Definitely recommended.

Amber orange. Tart flavor upfront, cherry, slight vinegar, lemon, berries. Top notch sour.
