I had this beer on tap at the brewery/restaurant. 07/20/2012
The beer was poured at the proper temp and had a nice golden color with some slight cloudiness.
The aroma was pleasant with citrus notes.
The taste was very hop forward and the finish was on the dry side. A very drinkable IPA
Overall this is a outstanding beer created by the crew up in Julian. I look forward to more beers from them.

Cask at Real Ale.
A: Light orange with a fast fading bubbly grad.
S: Honeydew, tangerine, orange, and grapefruit. Mildly floral and somewhat malty, though there's just a little sweetness.
T: Mellow and smooth with a tame bitterness. Lots of citrus flesh: orange, tangerine, and grapefruit. Light melon notes with a fairly tame malt profile that reminds me of caramel. Finishes dry and bitter with a final citrus flourish.
M: Lower medium body with a sticky and smooth mouthfeel.
Overall: An enjoyable, easy drinking IPA. Looking forward to trying more beers from Tom in the future.
