On tap at O'Brien's
A: Pours a thinnish looking black color with a small but creamy mocha colored head. Nice retention and some good lacing down the glass.
S: Mild roasted coffee notes, roasted malt, chicory and some green hop notes.
T: This might not be as beefy as some of the other stouts out there, but it has a rich, intense roasted flavor that's pretty delicious. A touch of cocoa powder, nuttiness and char as well. Mouthfeel isn't heavy at all but doesn't feel so thin that it hurts the flavor profile. A really good beer.
