A - Poured out a cloudy, bronze color with a bubbly off-white head of foam. It had nice retention and left sticky trails of lace on the glass.
S - It smelled slightly peppery and spicy. Good notes of grain, caramel and yeastiness. A touch of funkiness.
T - It tasted spicy with a touch of pepper. Good caramel and grain backbone with a touch of funk.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a very dry, clean finish.
O - This is a really tasty saison. The addition of pink peppercorns was nice.
