an unfiltered lager, mine was rather clear, but plenty of character to this, clean and drinkable too, nicely done, maybe not the most interesting beer in the world, but it brings more than a lot of the larger scale spanish lagers do because the yeast is more forward in the flavor mix, to me its crackery and slightly doughy in aroma and flavor and it gives the grain something to hang on to, so and pale and simple as it is at its base, its also a somewhat longer flavor experience while still being very dry, i like that. the malt has a light honey note, a dry cereal complexion, and and some appreciable minerals to it. its light yeah, but its not boring, and there is nice balance here, even some potentially noble hops coming on late, gentle grassy spice and light lemon at the very end to round it out. absolutely bone dry on the swallow, briskly carbonated, and downright refreshing overall when good and cold. i was quite pleased with the overall quality here, very professionally done. awesome after a long walk on a warm day, one of their best.
