From Hipercor. In Teku glass. After dinner and after pouring to the sink an Alvinne Balthazar. Wasnt expecting much from a spanish craft beer of Hipercor and have been delighted with a tasty, nice smelling and affordable IPA. Its bitterness is so well adjusted that I think can satisfied the most novice and the most experienced palates.

Hazy golden colour, with a tiny head that fades quickly. Almost no lace. Aroma of hops, resins, some fruity notes. Very thin palate, light body and flat carbonation. Taste of resins, hops, some citrus. Watery.

330ml bottle. Tumbler glass. Enjoyed on jan´12. Golden color, chill haze. Amazing crown, white in color, copious, creamy & rocky. Lasting crown, nice foamy spots. Slightly citric aroma, piney & woody hues. Lima & lemon with a mildy malt flavor overwhelmed by hoppy bitterness lingering to the finish. Medium body –a little fat-, medium/high carbonation. Pleasant woody aftertaste.
