Aroma: Initially it was perceived highlighting lime citrus tones and dried orange peel, to which are added the toasted bakery.
Taste: First feeling fresh, soft, brisk with strong bitter end where we see the hops that gives structure and body. Leave in the mouth feeling clean, fresh, citrus flavors by combining with hints of nuts which highlights the nut.
Pairing: Mollusks, cuttlefish, squid, fresh pasta dishes also.
Cup of service: wide-mouth cup to highlight the acidity of citrus and achieve a good balance to the bitter end.
