Perfectly clear golden colour with smooth white head. Fair head retention.
A balance of citrus and caramel malt. Quite toasty and not as punchy in the citrus as I would like.
Bitter and a little fruity. There is a big malt backbone here. Rich in caramel and toffee. The earthy bitterness is a nice foil though.
Medium body with moderate carbonation. Not bad.
Not an awful IPA but not phenomenal. When you have a beer like C!tra it is difficult to outperform expectations.
