A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation.
S: Light to moderate aromas of ginger are present in the nose.
T: The taste has light flavors of pumpkin along with notes of ginger.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This isn't bad for a gluten-free beer but could have used more in the way of pumpkins and/or pumpkin spices.

DATE: January 3, 2020... OCCASION: the gluten -free month continues with a fall beer not quite past its shelf life... GLASSWARE: Maudite snifter... pours a clear, vibrant autumnal orange-brown body replete with teaming bubbles... the head created is a half-finger's worth of soft fallen snow... cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla, and sweet sugars make for an appealing aroma... apple, boozy rum, and some off-scents that detract slightly from the initial appeal... its body is light to medium weight, smooth and likable due to its life and action... its throat is also alive, which lingers well past its sip... sweet molasses precedes ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove--this tastes bigger than its strength or heft... sweet and engaging, befitting the season or the season to come--I like it as a winter sipper, and it retains an ale-like swagger with its lower half...
