Half pour, cask, on tap at Trappeze Pub in Athens, GA.
A - Pours a hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Looks the part.
S - Not much aroma to speak of, and certainly no hops, just a faint malty presence. Not bad, just very mellow.
T - As the description reads, subtle rustic hops with a bready malty overtone. Not a lot going on, simple, yet good.
M - Smooth, crisp and clean. Drinks very easy, sessionable. I could have quite a few of these.
O - If you come in expecting an in your face ipa, you will be disappointed. An ipa this is not. However, it is well done and easy drinking cask ale. Get all notions of hops out of your head and enjoy it for what it is. Recommended.

Comes out of the tap a beautiful hazy golden with a fairly thick and fine-bubbled pale golden-tan head. Aroma is quite hoppy with malty and fruity undertones. Flavor is more malty than hoppy, but it gets better with each sip. It has a nice subtle fruity undertone and minimal bitterness. Body and fizziness are above average, quite satisfying. So far, the trip down to Griffin has been worth all the time and fuel!
