Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light and pale yellow color with a massive, fluffy, and creamy white head that lingers for days. SRM of 5. (4.50)

Aroma: Strong aromas of fresh lemon zest and lemon peels upfront. A little lemonflower and pine. More lemon than hops provide. Very lemony. (4.00)

Flavor: Strong flavors of lemon zest upfront. Then some lemon peel and floral notes. Zesty. Then develops some more of the sweet and smooth lemon flavors mixed with a light and pale biscuit/bread malt. Smooth lemonbread off the end. (4.00)

Feel: Medium-bodied, strong carbonation. Zesty, floral, and mildly sweet. (4.25)

Overall: Definitely and interesting beer. I generally love the lemongrass flavors in hops so had to try this one. A little more lemon zest and peel than I was expecting upfront. A little too much that makes it feel a touch artificial. But off the backend, much better with smooth lemonbread flavors. Excellent mouthfeel, carbonation, and backend altogether. 3 Sheeps never dissapoints and I would say. (Rating: 4.06)

12oz can. Bottom of can is stamped with 'CANNED ON 04/14/2023'.
Slightly cloudy, straw colored body. Thin finger of white head sticks around. A few spots of lacing are left behind.
Aroma of toasted malt and lemon.
Taste is lemon citrus, spicy hops, and toasted malts. Grassy in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Crisp and clean finish. Very good carbonation.
Wet and refreshing.

On tap at my local gastropub. Light. Touch of lemon. Very sessionable and I would drink it all summer long. Another hit from three sheep.
