3 Sheeps Cuvee Blend 2019 Strong Ale, 8.6% ABV. Pours hazy brown, with a middle-finger of white head that left no lacing. Nose is bread and grapes. Taste is grapes, yeast, bread, slightly sweet, slight bitter close. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

A very unique and delicious Cuvée blend. Sweet fig and molasses balanced beautifully with the drying of the Chardonnay with a touch of the funk from the Belgian styles, all playing nicely together on the wine and rye barrel.
