For 2021 we mixed things up. Normally, our Cuvee Blend uses barrel aged beers we've released from the previous year, blended together in harmony. But last year was 2020. While it wasn't all bad, we're more hopeful for the future. Which is why Cuvee 2021 features a blend of beers we've never released on their own before. We aged the same base beer, an imperial stout, in Sherry, Rum, Brandy and Bourbon Barrels. The result is intriguing and delicious.

I was expecting a big, complex, beast of a beer. What I got was something that lacks depth of flavor. Muted taste, from both the base stout and the barrels. A bit disappointing, but still drinks easy for a beer of this caliber and overall not terrible.
