Pours black with a thin bronze colored head. Aroma is bourbon, chocolate and vanilla. Taste is lighter than expected, with notes of bourbon, a touch of wood grain, chocolate and a hint of dark fruit. The ABV is present and accounted for. A nice, light Russian Imperial Stout that is easy to drink but doesn't let you forget it's character.
