Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden color with a massive white head. SRM of 6-7. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of bread malt, bread yeast, lemon citrus and salty, buttery bread off the finish. Mildly sweet.
Flavor: Strong flavors of lemon citrus, white wine, buttery bread and yeast with a mildly sweet finish.
Feel: Medium-bodied, strong carbonation. finishes lightly sweet.
Compared to Bahaus Wonderstuff 4/2023: Pours lighter, larger head. More lemon citrus, white wine, sweet fruit. Less dry bread yeast and salt. Sweeter and more juicy.
Overall: A decent Czech Pils here. Leans a little sweet with some juicy white wine and lemon flavors. Almost has a Kolsch type of flavor, but leans sweeter. It has the right flavors and components but the white wine sweetness overtakes a bit. Not my absolute favorite from 3 Sheeps, but still pretty good. (Rating:
