22oz bottle. No dating information found, other than the 2023 vintage labelling and that the Cuvee Blend is a once-in-a-year release.
Black colored body, with a mahogany brown back lit edge. Brown fizzy head upon pouring disappeared in less than a minute. Some tiny surface storms remain. Some tiny lacing spots are left behind.
Aroma is more of the barleywine and the stout, and less of the quad. Figs, prunes, toffee, caramel, and bourbon barrel and vanilla.
Taste is more of a balance among the quad, stout, and barleywine. Plum, chocolate, toffee, caramel, and bit of molasses. Bourbon barrel and vanilla. Dark roasted malts. All continue in the aftertaste.
Thick mouth feel. Sticky texture. Brief tongue sting from the high ABV%. Supportive carbonation.
To be viewed as a blend of three beer styles, and the result is a success, a sip at a time.

From a bottle:
Nice hiss upon opening the bottle, with lots of smoke coming from the bottle. Very thick looking beer from the bottle. Pitch black in color. The head is 2 1/2 finger and tan colored. The head retention, which surprised me, is great for such a high ABV beer mix. After the head dissipates, there's no lacing on the glass.
The nose has a lot of pleasing aromas. I get tons of dark fruit - plum, raisin, dates. I also get chocolate, caramel, and toffee. I get notes of whiskey and I also get notes of a sweet molasses. Jeez, this aroma is just complex as heck.
Taste - Wow! It is a smooth flavor. I am getting so much off it. I get some chocolate to start me off. Caramel and toffee seem to hit next. After, the dark fruits seem to hit - full of date, plum and raisin. I also get a shot of whiskey and molasses on the back. Throughout the whole thing, none of the flavors dissipate, but each layer adds to the previous one.
Wow, this is a thick boy. Full bodied as all heck, yet smooth. There's only a very faint burn from the ABV that tells you to take it slow and easy.
Damn, this is an amazing beer. It is so well made, and I highly recommend it.
