Sowre - Blackberry and Lime

Pours red amber with at first a thin head which later develops into a nicely sculpted head, one finger in depth. Aroma is sour and fermented fruit. Taste is between sour and tart, perhaps more on the tart side, with lime present and any fruit taking a back seat. If one closes their eyes, blackberry can be detected. The brew is very clean tasting and becomes better as it warms.
