We took our rich, complex Belgian-style quad that we brew with figs and molasses, and gave it flavors worthy of the beginning of fall. The warm, comforting notes of pumpkin spice, with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and clove are the perfect compliment to the sweet and spicy notes that are picked up from the rye barrels this beer ages in.
