Pours a clear mahogany red color, clear, dark brown in the glass; no head but wisps of carbonation bubbles show around the inner edges of the glass. Big dark roasted grain and rich caramel smell; figs and barrel oak peak through the dense sweetness. Huge flavors; notes of caramel, dried, dark pitted fruits; figs; chewing tobacco; anise and raisins; boozy. Heavy body; thick and smooth on the palate; vinous; alcohol dryness offsets the sweetness.
Other than the lack of head on this beer, it otherwise comes across in a beautifully monstrous way. The taste, especially, has some incredible complexity.
ABV: 14%; pouring temperature: 45 °F; canning info: 11/03/2023

From a 16oz can dated 11/08/2023
This is a dark pouring beer. There's amber hues at the bottom of the glass, and they come through when held to the light. The beer had a 1 finger tan colored head. This head disappeared very fast, but considering this beer is 14%, I am not surprised. There's no lacing on the glass, also, no surprise.
This is a boozy beer, and I got a good barrel hit to my nose while pouring it into the glass. Up close I get so much dark fruit off this beer. I get so much fig, raisin, and plum. I get a huge hit of molasses. I get a good caramel note. I get a huge hit from the barrel used to age this beer.
Taste - Oh, wow. I get so much flavor here. Just a dark fruit bomb. So much fig in this beer. The molasses just hits so well on the middle, with brown sugar and caramel notes. There's a nice finish that is the bourbon barrel used to age this beer.
This is a thick boy. Smooth as heck. Full bodied. There's just a very faint burn to tell you to take it slow.
This is another beer that is delicious as heck from 3 Sheeps.

14.0 % ABV, 16oz can. Canned 11/08/2023.
I'm not sure what this beer is? Is it a variation of Veneration or Veneration 1792 (2023)?
Look: slightly murky very dark brown body but is semi transparent dark reddish amber when held to the beer light. Has a decent head with a aggressive pour but it dissipates rapidly and completely.
Smell: smells very good. barrel, figs/dark fruit, sweet malt
Taste: Figs is the main flavor. Some molasses. Towards the finish there is hint of earth. The barrel is mild but gets stronger as it warms. The barrel is mostly buried but comes out on the finish. After it warms up it has a nice spice flavor at the finish, which may come from the mixture of bourbon barrel, fig & molasses. Rather sweet beer, smooth, ABV is well hidden.
Body/mouth feel is medium maybe slightly thin, smooth
