12 oz can canned 5/10/24 into a tulip glass.
L: SRM 3 Pours a lightly straw golden Amber color with light & firm steady carbonation, a waxy thin white head that has good retention down to edge foam, medium-light loose frothy lacing.
S: Light funk, pear, a hint of pastry dough, fruity overall.
T: Tangy fruits then a big bounce to bready biscuit pastry malts. Quite dynamic. There are notes of pear, subtle lemon, a ginger halo, apple, distant white grape sourness. There's a bready finish in the palate and gentle sweetness at the very end.
F: A light snap then moderately smooth & wet medium-bodied feel with a medium-fast length fairly dry finish.
O: Lovely bouquet, delicate taste & feel, a well brewed and balanced Ale that has fruity & bready notes and a dry finish. I would buy this again outside of the variety 12pk I purchased. It is excellent in its style.
