Pours a murky dark brown that approaches black with a short-lived finger of light khaki head that quickly settles into a crown and leaves spotty lacing.
Sweet aroma that’s giving raspberry and melted Hershey bar inside the wrapper. A little green pepper behind.
The taste follows pretty closely: sweet, berry notes, coffee, brownie. No real pepper here.
Slick, creamy feel with nice fizz cutting through.
Sweeter than I personally look for in a coffee stout, but very tasty nonetheless. Glad for the opportunity to try it.
