Appearance: Clear gold, big head.
Smell: Mineraly, bit of bread.
Taste: Sweet dough and light grassiness. Light bodied.
Overall: A tasty little pilsner that is close to a helles. Super easy drinking, could be another good one for summer.

12 oz can canned 2/24/26 into a Becher.
L: Pours very light straw amber gold color with a soft 1/2" domed white head, light carbo, head recedes to edge froth, medium-heavy complex 3/4 circumference lacing.
S: Pils malts, a hint of pasture grass, light grains.
T: Caramel Pils malts, yeasty bread dough, a note of red apple, pear, distant white grape skin, it is gently rich with a front to back malt presence with light dancing bitterness.
F: Crisp medium bodied mouthfeel with a medium length lightly dry finish.
O: Sort of full-flavored and lightly rich. Fairly malty and has delicate fruit notes. Bitterness is slightly muted. Malts are well-rounded tip to tail. It is excellent.

Flavor: Strong flavors of crisp floral hops, some smooth lemon and bread malts. Smooth pale malt lingers. (3.75)
Feel: Medium-bodied, strong carbonation. Malty smooth on the finish. (4.00)
Overall: As usual in 3 Sheeps glassware. This is a German Pilsner from their Beer Garden. Floral hops, with a smooth pale malt body. Very nice. (Rating: 3.90)
