16oz can, adhesive label. Bottom stamp is 'CANNED ON 04/10/2025'.
Partly cloudy, pale gold colored body. One long lasting finger of white colored head. Leaves behind short lacing strings.
Aroma of lime and other citrus. Lactic acid.
Taste is both tart and sweet. Flavors of Lime, lemon, and grapefruit, plus lactic acid. Aftertaste is a general citrus fruit tartness that fades quickly.
Medium mouthfeel. Medium tooth scraper leads to a clean and dry finish. No bitterness. Higher ABV% is well hidden but warming. Good carbonation.
Standard exercise in kettle sour with the additions of grapefruit and lime.
