This is a light, refreshing cream ale. It's almost lager-like, with a transparent amber-gold color. The nose is subtle and mild, giving notes of honey and cream. On the thinner side of medium-bodied, crisply carbonated and very smooth. Minimally hopped, this beer is all about the mellow caramel malts and milky sweetness. A simple but delicious session beer.

Clear, very pale straw golden forming a white head with good retention and lacing. Carbonation is moderate. Aroma is rather indistinct..I detect a hint of bananas (I believe they use their Hefe yeast for all their brews, which makes for an interesting Barley Wine), delicate pale malts and very mild hops. Taste is very good, but rather indistinct as well, with banana notes and delicate bitterness. Very soft, smooth and mild mouthfeel with a thin body contribute to it's great drinkability.
