A. Poured a black cherry red, with a short off white diminishing head, decent lacing on the glass.
S. Carmel, bread, cereal, toasted grain
T. Starts sweet, nutty, and malt, then fades slowly not too much the way of bitterness
M. Medium bodied good carbonation, taste doesn't have much staying power.
D. A decent brew stays sweet on the tongue, more bitterness would have made my scores higher. Needs more hops.
