Look: This beer is a very pale and cloudy yellow. It has a reasonable amount of head retention and lacing.
Smell: There is little on the nose, but the unfiltered malt is detectable.
Taste: Unfiltered malt and grainy hops are pleasant and well balanced with each other. There is a subdued hint of lemon rind. The hops presence is a bit more pronounced than it is in most Kellerbiers, although it's not as hoppy as a pilsner. I like that I can taste the hops.
Feel: It's light bodied - just a little bit heavier than most lagers and pilsners (as most kellers are), but it's still light and refreshing.

From the stubby .33 l bottle, it pours a nice light hazy amber with a small head that diminishes slowly and leaves lacing. Light fresh scent of hops and malt in the nose. Sharp taste of hops in the mouth with some malt as well.
