50 cl proper pint at a restaurant at Cité Carcassone, France.
Arrived with reasonable foam intact.
Not much on the nose.
Tastes fine. Malty. Hop is present and accounted for. Fair amount of bitterness.
Mouth is average. Medium carbonation.
Overall, It’s an accompanying brew, perfectly suitable to wash down a bowl of cassoulet on a chilly autumn evening at a Medieval castle.,.

Very drinkable and balanced beer, nice Maltininess a bit toasty, with good bitter finish almost no aroma, nor head retention, good carbonation release (bubbles)

Bought and consumed in La Fortuna, Costa Rica. The beer is a pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Smell is slightly vegetal with a little grass and grain. Taste is a bit sweet with some grainy crackery malt in the middle. Finishes crisp and slightly bitter. This is an average Euro Pale in every way.
