Pours a clear yellow with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is bready, crackery and crisp. Notes of knäckebröd, rye and citrus with a hint of sweetness.
Taste is rich and bready with a moderate bitterness. Notes of knäckebröd, rye, wort bread and citrus.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice Bock, well balanced with no booziness.
