First had: on tap at Double Eagle Saloon, Vineland, NJ
Served in a Flying Fish shaker, a cloudy, opaque, pinkish-amber color, with a thin white head that completely disappeared after a minute or so. Boo. Aroma is distantly floral and sweet. This beer was brewed with hibiscus flowers, and though I didn't know that at the time I drank it, there was a definitely sweet and floral quality to it that pretty much overtook everything else. A little bit sickeningly sweet in that regard, but still not too bad I guess, now that I know that there actually were flowers in the brew. Body was medium and a bit chewy, which was interesting considering the lower ABV; little to no carbonation, which made it almost tea-like. Decent overall, but one glass was more than enough.
