This is the 100:e batch brewed at Helsingborgs - this is their regular Lager with some ginger added.
A: Pours clear golden with a white, a bit uneven head. Somewhat decent lacings.
S: Ginger and butter up front, then there is faint malt and some bitter hops. But the butter sticks to every other smell...
T: Ginger and butter, still. Besides that, not much else going on...
M: This is almost flat - very low carbonation in a Style that usually has too much carbonation. Body is very buttery, on the thinner side. Aftertaste is short, and in this case - that's a good thing.
O: This is nothing I could recommend anyone...
