330ml bottle. 1/2 pt glass. Enjoyed on agt´13. Pours gold in color. Crystal clear appearance. Lasting crown is close & white in color. Great aroma profile shows hints of licorice candy, fresh bread, ripe strawberry as well as floral notes & vanilla hues. Smooth & sweet malty upfront turns into a clean water flavor rounded by subtle ripe fruit -pear & melon-. Light body. Soft carbonation. Dense texture & slight velvet palate. Low bitternes. Lingers as fruity flavored water but neither cloying nor flat. Underneath flavors & sweet malty finish. ABV incredible well hidden. Eventhough water is a main ingredient it´s usually felt only when showing off-flavors. Make it dominate over others ingredients is a hard job but Birra08 has succefully achieved it in this brew !!!
