A clouded amber brew, a white head with good lacing and some curtains.
Smelling of spices, clove and nettles. Not at all like an IPA, not even a Belgian one.
The taste has no sweetness, bitter tastes only, bitter orange peel, crushed apple seeds, not very pleasant.
Little carbonation, small bubbles, sticky with a coarse dry finish.
This can not have been intentional, something must have gone very wrong. I hope,

The colour is amber-gold, the liquid cloudy. The finger tick white head sinks quickly leaving some lacing. It looks more like a German hefeweizen than an IPA.
The smell is yeasty and phenolic. It gives an unfinished impression with notes of wort and mash. Very sweet. No noticeable hops or bitterness.
The first flavours are bitter. Then some tart lime notes emerges. Rye crisp bread and dough. The aftertaste is a bit bitter with some citric hints and tart notes of lemon acid. Insipid and oversweet, like drinking carbonated wort. Crisp bread and fruit candy in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong, the bubbles fresh. Medium smooth liquid.
This beer is just not fermented enough.
