L- Somewhat pale gold, minor sediment remains stuck to the bottle of the bottle and it's poured clear, with an eager 5Cm white head. The foam is made up on really small bubbles so looks creamy. There is also ongoing rising carbonation, made up of some of the most minute bubbles I have ever seen, all in it's a good looker. [A later comment: 1/2 way down the glass - head holding well and chunky lacing formed down sides of glass - this is a real looker of a beer, for sure].
S- Nice, it has a spice edge that I then sense is the front of some leathery + cider-apple notes.
T- The ^leather+apple note has a touch of sourness on the palate, it's minor, honestly just a touch. This is followed by a slightly fruity grainy body, there seem to be some subtle spices in there too, and into a hoppy-dry finish. As it warms in the glass the flavour begins to open up too.
F- It's skillfully done, it's ABV is certainly understated, blind-tasted I might have guessed this as say ...6.2% > 6.5% max!
O- Very nice indeed and perhaps one you'd not find in any typical UK pub or supermarket, nor anything of this style. It's understated, refined, nothing out of place. Has a lovely overall balance... I really like this one.
Bought from BeersOfEurope/UK 330ml bottle BB: 18/06/2021.
ps The Description above lists the ABV as 8%, my bottle lists it as 7.5%.

Nice blonde colour, thick head, loads of bubbles rising up
Smells of coriander, orange peel, hint of hops
Refreshing taste, apple, orange peel, peppery notes, hint of coriander.
Low carbonation, medium body, some alcohol in the finish
This is a nice refresing beer, quite refreshing, not overly complex but a solid beer.
