Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a golden yellow color with a thin white foamy head that dissipated at a mild pace. Light stringy lace. The aroma had some toast, white bread, swift grassy sweetness, light citrus, crisp sweet wheat at the very end. The flavor was mainly sweet through the prior mentioned aromas. Damp wheat aftertaste ran into the finish, clean and crisp. The palate was almost medium bodied but sat just a touch under. Good carbonation and the ABV felt fine. Overall, good as an easy drinking beer for the warmer weather, but I will say that the wheat is fairly low in this.

Look - Pours a nearly clear light gold, head settled down into a thin ring of lacing.
Aroma - Very mild wheat, slight nutty yeast, faint cracker.
Taste - Lots of honey up front, white bread, apple juice towards the end. Finishes very sweet.
Feel - Medium bodied, soft carbonation, finishes "wet".

Overall - Lacking the crisp wheat and dry, fluffy carbonation I crave in wheat beers.

12 oz. Bottle 6 % abv. 30 ibu

A slight haze to the golden liquid with slightly amber hues. A mild stream of bubbles make for a bubbly but short white crown. Only a slight covering and ring are leftover.

The aroma reminds me very much like a pilsner/lager sour maltiness. Sweet and tangy fruits coupled with peppery wheat. Much more fruit forward nose than I had expected.

This pale wheat malt has some serious flavor. Very bold golden wheat with honey sweet edges, lager-like malty aspects as well, like sour herbs and slightly buttery. Seriously though the sweetness in this malt is very interesting, much like wild honey. The wheat comes over very crisp with a full-on smooth body finish. The hops seem to provide a nice fruity-sweet balance, very subtle in the mix but certainly effective. Herbal and some earthy spicy tones appear in the finish and aftertaste.

This is a very complex American Pale Wheat ale. Vety crisp and refreshing....I need to get this stuff up a mountain! The wheat malt has a delightful sweet edge and excellent mouthfeel. Now, put it un a can and were good to go.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. Sampled on February 13, 2017.

The pour is pale yellow with a modest creamy white head and bubbly carbonation moving upward to the top. Slight haze.

The aroma has a low wheat profile but a bigger toasted bread and pale malt profile. I get a little grass in it as well.

The body is creamy and around medium in texture.

The taste has the same pale malt sweetness and a mild to moderate bitter grassy finish. This had more of a Pilsener quality to it than a wheat.
