This was my first beer from this brewery, but sadly I was disappointed. Looking at their other reviews, it seems like people prefer most of their other beers more than this one, so maybe I just chose one of their weaker offerings. It just tasted a bit off, like there was too much malt. Pilsners should be very mellow and crisp, but this one didn't fit the bill. Would still try other beers from them, but this wasn't a great introduction.

Light clear glowing straw with little head. Light delicate pleasant malt, citrus aroma. Palate of stale bread, lemon, lime, some light bitterness. Pretty effervescent and light on palate. Pros easy drinking, light, refreshing, medium intensity with some hoppiness, long bitter finish. Cons not the most complex or pleasant palate- stale bread, bitter lime. 82/100

12 oz can. Pours muddled yellow with a medium bubbly white head that retains well and leaves little lacing.
The aroma is subdued - sweet grainy malts with some floral hops.
The flavor is sweet grainy malts and and floral grassy hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, too sweet and grainy with light hops.
