Handsome amber brew with white foam that dissipates in the tall Blanche de Chambly goblet. Some piney aroma. Sturdy malty body and a modest spritz on the tongue. Followed by massive acidity and bitterness.
Strangely sugary with that hint of onions. Sweet orange and a lime peel finish. Unpleasant bitter aftertaste. I think of juniper plus the astringent stems of blackberries and grape seeds. Fruit juice and metallic acidity. Not much fun and this is not selling me on Chinook hops. From the 12 oz can purchased at Wilbur's Beverage in Fort Collins.

12 oz can. Pours hazy orange gold with a medium creamy white head that quickly goes to a thin film that laces the glass.
The aroma is very subdued - some sweet grainy malt and fruit. and a touch of piney hops
The flavor is sweet grainy worty malt with some sugary fruit and a chalky piney hop finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.
Overall, a bit of a muddled mess.
