Part of Mettlacher's rotating lineup of bio (organic) beers. Poured into .4l mug. Very malty, cloudy. murky brown with fluffy beige head. Nice roast grain nose and and subdued, musty taste, and very smooth to drink. Went well accompanied with German meal.
