On tap at the Apex during CBC week. This was a pretty yummy beer, showcasing plum and light chocolate, but with notice bourbon on the nose and palate. The beer was a bit on the sweet side, and I thought the barrel aging might have covered up a lot of the spice quality I normally encounter in a quad. An interesting beer for sure, and one I was glad to sample at the Apex.
