Had on tap. A robust bba stout. Flavors are dark chocolate, bourbon, cereal like malt, toffee, and I guess marshmallow is there somewhere on the finish. Smell is malt, chocolate and bourbon. Good but nothing to write home about in a world of so many ba stouts

An excellent BBA stout, but know what you're getting into. It's sticky on the tongue, with marshmallow (power of suggestion, perhaps), brown sugar, roasted hazelnuts, caramel, and booze. Lots of booze. For 8.5%, this drinks quite hot and has a lot of oaky character. I personally enjoy that, but it won't be for everyone. They have packed a lot of flavour into the glass, though, that's for sure.

Awesome beer.
Had in a snifter at the brewery. Dark black with nice constant foam. Very chocolatey. The oak and bourbon scents and tastes are prevalent but not overwhelming. It warmed up nicely, but I wish I had let it warm up more. Too bad it was so tasty that I drank it super fast.

A: Deep dark chocolate brown.
S: Wonderful bourbon aroma
T: Nice round wave of flavors. You get the creaminess and bourbon right off the bat.
F: full bodied and moderate carbonation.
O: I would be happy if I could drink this on a regular basis.
