A violent pour yielded a HUGE eggshell head; frothy lace.
Baking soda, caramel, rain water & grapefruit rind notes in the nose. Uh-oh...
Sticky thick mouthfeel.
Caramel, baking soda & grapefruit rind flavors. Unappealing & tough to finish. Avoid at all costs.

Solid NE. This one’s more clean than dank and thick. Fresh, not hoppy.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from draft at Consume on May 3, 2018. Iota is sizeist - plain and simple. Just ask Yoanna or Kylie. Nevertheless the game set a solid tone for one helluva a night in Boston. Inspired by clouded judgement and hazy recollection, this beer lives in honor of our most hospitable hosts.
